1. What this disclaimer covers

This Disclaimer applies to forgenovanest.com, its public content, ForgeNovaNest digital products and services accepted through the main website. ForgeNovaNest is operated by Sveresa Tmi, Business ID 3592316-3, Espoo, Finland.

Read this together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Digital products sold through learn.forgenovanest.com also use the Store Terms, Store Privacy Notice and any product-specific licence.

2. Paid services and project scope

This Disclaimer does not replace the contract for a paid service. The confirmed written project scope and the Terms & Conditions decide what is included, the price, timing, review or revision rights, delivery and refunds.

Sending an enquiry does not mean that ForgeNovaNest has accepted the project. An order is accepted only through the process stated in the Terms & Conditions and the written project communication.

Work or support not included in the confirmed scope is not part of the paid service unless both sides agree to add it in writing.

3. Website content and digital products

Public website content, examples, articles, guides, templates and checklists are general information. They are not a promise that the same approach will be suitable for every person, business, platform or situation.

Digital products are self-guided unless the product page clearly says otherwise. They do not include personal consulting, implementation, editing, project management or technical support beyond what the product page states.

Information may become outdated after publication. ForgeNovaNest does not promise to monitor every page or product continuously or to update previously delivered material whenever laws, platforms, tools or market conditions change.

4. Not professional advice

ForgeNovaNest does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, safeguarding, regulatory or other specialist professional advice. Practical examples, wording suggestions and process guidance are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who has reviewed the specific situation.

Do not rely on ForgeNovaNest content alone for a decision that may create significant legal, financial, safety, privacy, employment or regulatory consequences.

Where a website package includes standard privacy, cookie, disclaimer or other legal-page drafting, it is prepared from the tools, facts and processing information confirmed for that project. It is not bespoke legal advice, a legal audit or certification of compliance. The client remains responsible for business-specific legal, regulatory and industry requirements that were not included in the confirmed scope.

A technical or rendered website check is not a formal certification of accessibility, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, search ranking or suitability for a regulated industry unless that certification is expressly included in the written project scope.

5. Facts, rights and client approval

ForgeNovaNest normally works from information supplied or approved by the client and from relevant public sources identified for the project. Unless independent verification is expressly included in the confirmed scope, ForgeNovaNest does not promise that every supplied statement is complete, current or independently verified.

The client is responsible for:

• checking facts, names, spelling, claims, prices, dates, terminology and contact details;
• making sure there is a lawful right to use supplied logos, images, recordings, text, testimonials and other material;
• checking whether the final wording and use comply with applicable laws, professional duties and platform rules;
• reviewing any included draft, preview or correction stage before approval;
• telling ForgeNovaNest promptly about an important factual or technical error.

Approval means that the client accepts the reviewed material for final delivery or use, subject to any correction rights stated in the Terms & Conditions.

6. AI and synthetic media

ForgeNovaNest may use AI-assisted writing, synthetic presenters or voices, automated processing, generated visuals and other production tools where suitable for the agreed work.

AI-assisted output can contain errors, omissions, invented details, pronunciation problems, visual inconsistencies or other unintended results. Human review reduces this risk but cannot guarantee that every issue will be detected automatically.

A synthetic presenter or voice does not mean that a real person, employee, customer or expert has spoken, approved or endorsed the message. The client must not use the delivered work to create a false identity, impersonation or misleading endorsement.

Where ForgeNovaNest includes an AI or synthetic-content disclosure, label or other transparency notice in a deliverable, the client must not remove, conceal or alter it in a way that makes the content misleading or causes an applicable transparency requirement to be breached.

Do not provide unnecessary confidential, sensitive or personal information for use with AI or other third-party production tools.

7. Samples and creative expectations

Samples, mock-ups and portfolio examples show a general type of work or quality level. They do not promise an identical result, presenter, voice, background, style, timing, platform response or creative treatment.

Creative preferences are considered within the confirmed scope, but a subjective difference in taste does not by itself mean that the service is defective. Review, revision and refund rights are governed by the confirmed scope and the Terms & Conditions.

8. No guarantee of results

ForgeNovaNest promises only the deliverable described in the confirmed scope. No particular business, marketing, platform, creative, technical or personal outcome is guaranteed.

• No ranking, visibility, approval, enquiry, lead, sale, revenue or return on investment is guaranteed.
• No view count, engagement, conversion, audience response or publishing result is guaranteed.
• No time saving, productivity improvement, acceptance by a platform or suitability for a future tool is guaranteed.

Results depend on the starting material, client decisions, implementation, third-party platforms, audience behaviour, market conditions and other matters outside ForgeNovaNest’s control.

9. Third-party platforms and links

ForgeNovaNest may use or refer to independent providers for websites, payment, email, automation, AI, design, video, storage, hosting, analytics or digital delivery. Those providers use their own terms, pricing, licences, privacy notices and technical rules.

ForgeNovaNest does not control a third party’s availability, outage, security incident, account decision, price change, feature change, moderation decision, licence change or future compatibility.

A reference or recommendation does not create a partnership, agency relationship, warranty or responsibility for the third-party provider's service, performance or future availability. You should review the provider's current terms, pricing, privacy information and suitability before relying on or paying for it.

10. Availability, errors and updates

ForgeNovaNest takes reasonable care with the website and its work, but does not promise that the website, links, downloads, previews or third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from technical errors.

We may correct, update, remove or replace website content without notice. If a paid deliverable has a technical problem, the client should report it so that the correction process in the Terms & Conditions can be used.

A successful website launch or public-URL check confirms the website state at that time. It does not guarantee future hosting uptime, provider availability, DNS behaviour, email delivery, browser behaviour, third-party compatibility or continued operation after later changes by the client, hosting provider or another third party.

11. Use of the work

The client decides whether, where and how to publish, send, print, share or implement a ForgeNovaNest deliverable. The client remains responsible for final public use and for any changes made after delivery.

ForgeNovaNest is not responsible for loss caused by use outside the confirmed purpose, failure to review the work, unauthorised changes, unlawful or misleading use, failure to keep a backup, or a third party’s later action or platform decision.

Once the client or another provider modifies the delivered files, configuration, hosting environment, integrations or content, ForgeNovaNest is not responsible for problems caused by those later changes. This includes problems caused by removing or altering a transparency label, notice or other safeguard included in the delivered work.

Where a deliverable may affect an important decision, the client should perform its own checks and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.

12. Affiliate and paid relationships

ForgeNovaNest may occasionally use an affiliate link, sponsored reference or another paid commercial relationship. Where this happens, it will be identified clearly in or close to the relevant content or link.

Payment or commission does not guarantee that the third-party product or service is suitable for a particular user.

Where ForgeNovaNest recommends an independent provider through a referral or affiliate arrangement, the client contracts with that provider directly, remains free to choose another suitable provider and is responsible for reviewing that provider's current terms, pricing and service. ForgeNovaNest does not become the reseller, billing provider or support provider merely because a referral commission may be received.

13. Legal limits and contact

The Terms & Conditions contain the contractual rules on liability, corrections, cancellation and refunds for paid services. This Disclaimer does not create a wider warranty, duty or liability than the Terms & Conditions or the confirmed project scope.

Nothing in this Disclaimer removes a mandatory legal right or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
