1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Sveresa Tmi, Business ID 3592316-3, Espoo, Finland, uses cookies and similar browser technologies on pages operated at forgenovanest.com under the ForgeNovaNest brand.
It should be read together with the Privacy Policy. The ForgeNovaNest Learn store at learn.forgenovanest.com is hosted by Payhip. Payhip and its connected payment or delivery providers use their own privacy and cookie information in that environment.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file stored by a website in your browser or device. Similar technologies include browser storage, pixels, tags, identifiers and other methods that store information on a device or read information from it.
Some technologies are necessary for a page or requested feature to work. Others measure website use or advertising. Optional measurement and advertising technologies are not treated as necessary.
A connection to an external provider does not always place a cookie. For example, loading a font, script, hosted video or checkout page may still send limited technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, to that provider.

Important: workflow tools such as Make, Google Sheets, Gmail, PrivateEmail and OpenAI are explained in the Privacy Policy. They are not listed here as website cookies because they are used in service administration rather than stored in a visitor’s browser by this site. A normal network request to an external provider is also not automatically a cookie; device storage or access is assessed separately.
4. Optional analytics and advertising
At the effective date of this policy, ForgeNovaNest does not deploy optional analytics or advertising technologies on its own website pages. This means Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and similar optional measurement or advertising tags are not currently loaded by ForgeNovaNest-owned pages.

Rule before future use
Opt-in before loading
If optional analytics or advertising is introduced later, it will remain blocked until the visitor has given the relevant consent.
Before any optional measurement or advertising technology is introduced, the live consent controls and this policy must be updated to identify the active provider or category, its purpose, relevant device-storage or access, the applicable storage period and any third-party access.
ForgeNovaNest does not intentionally send payment-card details, confidential project content or service-form answers to analytics or advertising tools.
5. External services and embedded content
Some activities take place in an independent provider’s environment. That provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own settings and notices. A link to or connection with an external provider does not by itself mean that ForgeNovaNest has placed a cookie on your device.
- Payhip: digital-product pages, checkout, tax handling and download delivery in the ForgeNovaNest Learn store.
- Stripe and other payment providers: payment, security, fraud prevention, billing and legal compliance on their checkout pages.
- MailerLite: optional email signup pages and permission-based marketing. Emails may use tracked links or small tracking images where those features are enabled.
- Hosted forms, video players and file-delivery services: may create a connection to the relevant provider when the form, player or file is opened. If an embedded component uses non-essential cookies, localStorage or similar terminal-device technology, that component must wait for any consent required before it loads.
- External links: once you leave ForgeNovaNest, the destination website’s own privacy and cookie rules apply.

6. Your choices
ForgeNovaNest does not currently deploy optional analytics or advertising technologies on its own website pages. If these technologies are introduced later, visitors must be able to accept or reject the optional categories before they load. Refusing optional technologies must not prevent access to ordinary website content or a paid service.
A consent choice must also be changeable or withdrawable as easily as it was given. Where a cookie settings control is installed, it can be used to reopen the choices. Withdrawing consent must stop future optional loading from that point, and the implementation should remove, overwrite or disable related browser storage where that is technically supported.
Browsers also allow you to view, block or delete cookies and browser storage. Deleting the stored consent preference may cause the notice to appear again. Blocking strictly necessary technology may stop a page, form, checkout or another requested feature from working correctly.
Marketing emails are optional and can be stopped through the unsubscribe link in the message. Choices made inside Payhip, Stripe or another provider must be managed in that provider’s environment.
7. How long information is kept
Strictly necessary cookies or browser-storage records remain until they expire, are replaced by the website, are no longer needed for the requested feature, or are deleted through the browser. A record used to remember a privacy choice may remain for the period configured in the live consent tool so that the choice can be respected.
Because optional analytics and advertising technologies are not currently deployed on ForgeNovaNest-owned pages, ForgeNovaNest does not currently set website retention periods for those optional categories. If such technology is introduced, the live consent information and this policy will be updated with the applicable provider, purpose and storage period.
External provider environments use the retention periods stated in their own information. The Privacy Policy explains ForgeNovaNest’s broader personal-data retention.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, embedded content, measurement tools, consent controls or provider environments change. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
